Terms of Service & Platform Agreement

Access to Ritrio platforms is governed by institutional agreements between JT Group Pvt. Ltd. and authorized healthcare organizations. Use of Ritrio Care, Ritrio EHR, and Ritrio Claims is subject to individual platform licensing agreements. Unauthorized access, data extraction, or reverse engineering of any Ritrio system is strictly prohibited.

All platform architecture, software, branding, content, and documentation associated with the Ritrio ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of JT Group Pvt. Ltd. The Ritrio name, platform names (Ritrio Care, Ritrio EHR, Ritrio Claims), and all associated marks may not be reproduced or used without express written authorization.

Ritrio provides institutional software infrastructure and is not a licensed healthcare provider. Clinical decisions made using Ritrio platforms remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals. JT Group Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for clinical outcomes resulting from platform use. Institutional agreements govern the specific scope of platform warranties and support obligations.
