Implementation
Structured Deployment for Healthcare Infrastructure.
Ritrio implementation follows a phased model designed to minimize clinical disruption while ensuring institutional readiness at every stage — from initial discovery to long-term operational optimization.
From First Conversation to Full Operational Deployment
Healthcare infrastructure transitions require careful planning, institutional alignment, and technical precision. Our implementation methodology is designed specifically for Nepal's clinical environments — supporting greenfield deployments, complex migrations from legacy systems, and transitions from paper-based workflows.
Typical full ecosystem deployment: 16–24 weeks. Single platform: 8–14 weeks.
Discovery & Assessment
Initial engagement to understand institutional workflow requirements, existing system landscape, data migration scope, and compliance obligations. Structured interviews with clinical leadership, IT administration, and operations teams define implementation parameters.
Deliverables
Platform Configuration
Platform configuration is tailored to institutional workflows — including department structures, clinical templates, ICD-10 coding, payer networks (NIA, SSF, NHIB), and regulatory reporting requirements. Ritrio's multi-tenant architecture supports institution-specific configuration without platform customization.
Deliverables
Data Migration & Integration
Structured migration of existing patient records, clinical history, and financial data. Integration with NHID registry, NIA payer networks, DHIS2, and any existing hospital information systems. Validation protocols ensure data integrity at each migration stage.
Deliverables
Training & Onboarding
Role-specific training for all platform users — clinicians, nursing staff, billing coordinators, administrative teams, and IT administrators. Training is delivered on-site across facility locations. Materials are available in both English and Nepali.
Deliverables
Supervised Go-Live
Ritrio implementation team is on-site and on-call during initial go-live. Parallel operations with existing systems are maintained during the stabilization period where possible. Daily review sessions resolve workflow gaps and configuration adjustments.
Deliverables
Ongoing Support & Optimization
Post-go-live support includes a dedicated institutional contact, regular platform updates, user support for clinical and administrative staff, and ongoing performance analytics. As your institution grows, Ritrio scales with you — from single-facility to multi-site network deployments.
Deliverables
Pre-Engagement
What to Prepare Before We Begin
Clinical Workflow Map
A description of current patient registration, clinical encounter, and billing workflows — including pain points and manual workarounds currently in use.
Data Inventory
An estimate of existing patient records, clinical documents, and financial data requiring migration — including format and source systems.
IT Infrastructure Overview
Current network architecture, hardware capacity, and any existing health IT systems the Ritrio platform will need to interface with.
Institutional Decision-Makers
Identification of clinical, administrative, IT, and executive stakeholders who will be involved in implementation decisions.
